SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE

Choose your subscription
On the product page, select the product you wish to subscribe to and then click on Subscribe & Save / Subscribe & Save 20%. You will then be given the opportunity to choose your order interval, i.e. how often you want the product delivered based on your needs and/or our recommendations. Then add the product you want to subscribe to the shopping cart.

Go to the checkout
In the checkout you fill in your contact details or log in to your customer account with us, just like a regular one-off purchase.

If you don't have a customer account but want to create one, go to "log in" in the top right corner or click here. Then follow the previous steps and create your subscriptions logged in to your customer account.

Delivery within Sweden
You always have free shipping on subscription orders.

Within Sweden, subscription orders are delivered with Budbee Box. If your address is not covered by Budbee, you will receive delivery with PostNord MyPack Home Small.

You always have free shipping on subscription orders.

Within the rest of the EU and Norway, subscription orders are delivered by UPS home delivery.

For orders to Norway, there is no import VAT and customs duty.

Payment
For active subscription orders, only payment cards are available as a payment method, as the payment is automatically deducted from each subsequent subscription order. If you have received a gift card, you can use this for your first subscription order, then you will need to go in and update your payment information for future orders.

Order and delivery confirmation
After your order has been placed, you will be given an order confirmation as well as a subscription email containing information that a new subscription has been created and registered in our systems. If you have not received a confirmation of your subscription, please check your spam or contact us and we will help you. After that, you will be notified that your subscription order has been sent.

Continued delivery according to your preferences
After your first order, your next order will be automatically shipped and paid according to your chosen order interval.

You always have the possibility to change, pause or cancel your subscription. For each subsequent order, a reminder will be sent three days in advance to allow you to make any adjustments.

If you have a registered customer account on our website and were logged in to it when you created your subscription order, you can access your subscription here or under "log in" in the top right corner of our website. Then click on "Manage subscriptions" to access your subscriptions.

If you do not have a customer account with us but want to create one and link your active subscriptions to it. Fill in your details and note that you must use the same email address you used to create your subscription.

Below you will find our recommended order intervals for our products

Light Emulsion, Rich Emulsion & Rich Intense: Recommended order interval is 4 to 6 weeks if you apply 2-3 pumps morning and evening.

Mineral Cleanser & Sensitive Cleanser: Recommended order interval is 12 to 16 weeks if you apply 2-3 pumps only in the evening.

Probiotic Concentrate, Night Active Retinol & Night Active Control: Recommended order interval is 8 to 16 weeks if you apply 1 pump mixed with moisturizer only in the evening.

Rich Body Cream: Recommended order interval is 4 to 12 weeks depending on how often and where you apply the product. Rich Body Cream lasts about 6 weeks if you use 6 pumps daily.  

Five Point Cleanser: Recommended order interval is 4 to 12 weeks depending on how often and where you apply the product. Five Point Cleanser lasts about 6 weeks if you use 4 pumps daily.

Sun Emulsion SPF 50+: Recommended ordering interval is 4 to 6 weeks depending on intended use.

Sun Emulsion Body SPF 50+: Recommended order interval is 4 to 8 weeks depending on intended use.

No, there is no binding period for subscriptions and you can change, skip an order or cancel your subscription at any time.

For your first subscription order, we offer payment cards and gift cards as a payment method. For subsequent subscription orders, we only offer card payment as the payment is automatically deducted from each order.

The timing of your next payment is based on the day and order interval you selected when you placed your first subscription order for the product. Information about upcoming payments can be found in your subscription portal under "Upcoming orders". The payment will be deducted on the day your order is shipped. A reminder will be sent three days before the next payment if you want to make any adjustments.  

Payment card
If you paid with a payment card for your first subscription order, your future payments will be automatically deducted from the same payment card. If you want to change your payment information, you can do so in your subscription portal under "Payment method".

Gift card
If you paid with a gift card during your first subscription order, you need to update your payment information. You can do this in your subscription portal under "Payment method". If you do not update your payment information, the payment for your second order will fail. You will be informed by email about this and have the chance to update your payment information. Three payment attempts are made one day apart before a subscription is canceled.

Upon payment, you will always receive an email if your payment has gone through or not. If the payment has failed, three more payment attempts will be made over the next three days, one attempt per day. If the payment still fails, your subscription will be automatically terminated. If you experience problems updating your payment information, please contact info@skinome.se and we will help you.

When you fill in your delivery address, your shipping method is automatically selected. You always have free shipping on your subscription orders.

Within Sweden:
Your subscription orders are delivered with Budbee Box.

When placing an order, your nearest parcel box will automatically be selected for delivery. Via the Budbee app or your tracking link via email, you have the option to change to another parcel box at no extra cost once Budbee has registered your order.

It is also possible to switch to home delivery for a fee of €29, provided you live within Budbee's home delivery zone. The cost of SEK 29 is a cost to Budbee. Change of parcel box or change to home delivery must be carried out before Budbee has sorted the package and given it a planned route for delivery.

If your address is not covered by Budbee Box, your order will be delivered to your home by PostNord. Your order will be left in your mailbox. For those packages that do not fit in the mailbox or property box, these are left to the nearest postal agent.

If you feel that your nearest parcel box is too far away, you can contact us and we will help you choose another delivery method.

Within the EU and Norway:
Your subscription orders are delivered by UPS to your home.
Estimated delivery time is 2-5 working days.

Home delivery is normally during the day. If your package cannot be delivered to your home, the order will be given to your nearest postal agent, or UPS will inform you of a new delivery date. You will receive updates directly from UPS regarding your delivery to an agent or home delivery.

You can always change, skip an order or cancel your subscription. In the subscription portal, you can change your subscription's order interval, product quantity, add or switch between different products and update your payment and delivery information. Yes, you can buy a subscription and a one-off purchase at the same time.

However, please note that only payment cards and gift cards are offered as a payment method when you combine a subscription and a one-off purchase in the same payment.

No, unfortunately you can't combine a subscription with a discount. A subscription product is already discounted by 20% so you can't combine this with other offers.

Always check that your shipment is undamaged upon delivery. In case of damage, wrong products or missing goods, please contact us at info@skinome.se

Right ofwithdrawal
You always have a 14-day right of withdrawal. During this period, you can return your goods free of charge for an exchange or a refund.

If you have had your product delivered with Budbee, you can easily book a return in the Budbee app or via the tracking link sent by text message or email. You choose whether you want to have your return picked up at home or whether you want to leave the return in a parcel box. Returns with Budbee do not require a return shipping label. Pack the item well and follow the instructions provided by Budbee.

If you want to make a return with Postnord or UPS, contact us at info@skinome.se and we will send you a return shipping label. 

In case of an approved return/complaint, we will refund the amount of your order within 14 days from that your return has come back to our warehouse.

Yes, the 30-day customer satisfaction guarantee also applies to subscription orders. Click home, test and return your subscription order if you're not satisfied - we're sure you'll love our fresh skincare.

Yes, just like with a regular order, a tree is planted at our partner Tree Nation for the products that you choose to subscribe to.

ENTERPRISE

Since the skin microbiome is important for how we develop our formulations and what their composition looks like, we thought it was appropriate to make it part of our name. Skinome refers to "skin" and "microbiome" - so skin and microbiome in English.

We develop all our formulations ourselves, in our own laboratory in Stockholm (Hornsgatan 172). We work directly with the suppliers of our raw materials and the products are manufactured in Sweden.

We want to have full control over what goes into our products and be able to test them ourselves so we can ensure they are the best possible in all aspects - from where the ingredients come from to how they feel and perform on the skin. We constantly test new ingredients and make hundreds of laboratory batches every year. This would be impossible if we didn't have our own lab, it would be far too expensive and time consuming.

After you have made a purchase with us, a request to make a customer review of your purchase will be sent to you a few days later. It is not possible to make a review without having made a purchase. In this way, we ensure that only reviews by verified customers who have actually used our products are shared on the product pages.

ABOUT OUR FORMULATIONS

We have developed a unique and new concept we call fresh skin care. In short, it means that our products always indicate a production date and expiry date and that they do not contain unnecessary additives such as preservatives and other substances that are only present in the product to prolong its sustainability. Additives can interfere with all the trillions of microorganisms naturally present on the skin that make up its natural microbiome. Since the skin's microbiome is one of the cornerstones of our skin health, we don't want to use ingredients that can disrupt or impair the skin. Instead, we focus on skin endogenous and microbiome-friendly ingredients that strengthen both the skin and its microbiome.

Our products also contain active ingredients with scientifically proven effects. These active ingredients are kept stable, i.e. they maintain their effectiveness, by our unique concept of manufacturing the products in small volumes (so-called batches) and handling them in our refrigerated logistics system. We also ask our customers to store some of our products in refrigerators for best effect.

Our skin, just like our gut, is home to billions of microorganisms and good bacteria. This is called your microbiome. In fact, the intestinal flora is responsible for 70% of our immune system. The same applies to the skin's microbiome, which also has a crucial role for our immune system in the skin, controlling skin health and, in turn, the well-being of our skin.

We avoid traditional preservatives and unnecessary ingredients that can interfere with these good bacteria and negatively affect the healthy skin flora. Instead, we use ingredients that benefit our good bacteria and preserve the skin's microbiome i.e. the good skin flora.

Fresh skincare is about putting the best interests of the skin first. Not about what's best for the factory or the durability of the store shelf.

Why fresh skincare?
As an alternative to traditional skincare where 1) the effectiveness of the active ingredients is lost if left at room temperature for a long time, in contact with oxygen or exposed to strong light. 2) Antimicrobial substances such as preservatives and other additives are required to keep the product fresh during its long shelf life (3 years). These substances affect the skin's microbiome and good skin flora, therefore we have developed a fresh alternative to traditional skincare.

Through our cold storage, from production to you as a customer, we ensure that our products produce results as the effect is preserved in the active ingredients. In our fresh skin care, we mainly exclude anti-microbial substances that we know can interfere with the skin flora, i.e. the skin microbiome where trillions of microorganisms live. These microorganisms contribute to good skin health

Fresh skin care is an option for those who strive for good skin health and are looking for clean, microbiome-friendly and active products.

Our products have shorter sustainability and we manufacture them in small volumes in Sweden. Immediately after the products are manufactured, they are stored in cold rooms before being transported to your home. We are the first in the world to do this, something we are incredibly proud of. This new approach to skin care in terms of manufacturing, storage, warehousing, logistics and sales makes it possible to develop microbiome-friendly and effective skin care.

Our products do not contain unnecessary additives such as perfumes or dyes and instead of using large amounts of preservatives, they are preserved by our solidly developed method with minimal anti-microbial ingredients.

Here are three reasons to choose fresh skin care!

All our products are dermatologically tested on a panel of sensitive skin, but our Sensitive Cleanser, Rich Intense and Probiotic Concentrate are the products that are developed specifically for sensitive skin.

Our products are minimalistic with few ingredients and since we avoid preservatives, perfumes and other additives that can often trigger sensitivity, people with sensitive skin are less likely to react to them. But our skin is unique and a few people can unfortunately react to individual ingredients even if the majority do not.

The whole idea behind Skinome Research is that we put skin health first. Our products should first and foremost promote healthy skin. For this reason, we avoid additives and traditional preservatives that are normally used in products to ensure a long sustainability. We sincerely believe that it is better to compromise on sustainability and storage of the product rather than compromising on what is best for the skin.

We think it's crazy that most skincare products today have a shelf life of 30 months (2.5 years!) and that no temperature control is needed during storage. If you think about it, it is easy to understand what amount of preservatives are needed to achieve this, especially if it is a jar of cream in which you put your fingers in every day. Our skin care is manufactured in small batches ( so-called batches), is fresh and we do not use preservatives that can interfere with your good skin flora, your so-called skin microbiome. After manufacture, we store our products refrigerated and we also ask you as a user to keep it chilled.

Immediately after manufacturing, our products are placed in a cold room with a temperature below 8 degrees Celsius. If our skin creams are stored cold/refrigerated, they have a shelf life of 12 months unopened. This does not apply to our cleansing products which can all be stored at room temperature and maintain the same sustainability.

All our products except Five Point Cleanser have a shelf life of 12 months from production date in unopened packaging and 6 months after opening.

Five Point Cleanser lasts 18 months from production date in unopened packaging and 12 months after opening.

Our products can withstand shorter periods (max 14 days) at higher temperatures than the recommended cold storage. However, this does not mean that we recommend this. The active ingredients work best and maintain their effectiveness if the products are kept cold, but the time they are kept at room temperature during transport or when you are traveling, for example, does not affect the
the effect of our products.

Our cleansers and sunscreens are best stored at room temperature.

We have spent 7 years researching and finding the best options to keep our products safe and stable, while not affecting the microbiome in a negative way but helping it to be in balance.

We do not use "traditional" preservatives. By making smaller batches, having a shorter sustainability and using packaging with airless pumps, we can avoid using these traditional preservatives. Some of the ingredients we use have natural antimicrobial function which means they prevent bad bacteria from growing while having properties that are beneficial to the skin. We are also the first skincare company to have a cold supply chain, which means that our logistics partner always keeps our products refrigerated. This means that as soon as our products are manufactured, they are placed in cold storage. When you place an order, the product is sent directly from our refrigerated warehouse to your home.

All our ingredients are carefully selected to be of great benefit to our skin and many of our ingredients are also found naturally in the skin. We truly believe that what is most natural for your skin is what it produces itself. Some of the ingredients have a natural origin and others are synthetically made to mimic the skin's own composition. Some ingredients are synthetically or biotechnologically manufactured, others are produced from natural sources such as plants and oils.

From a sustainability and efficiency perspective, it is often better to use a synthetically produced ingredient because we can avoid consuming agricultural or animal products to produce the ingredient. Read more about each ingredient and its origin in our ingredient list here.

We do not use palm oil as an individual ingredient in any products, but it is used in the manufacture of certain ingredients we use. In these cases, we strive for the raw material to be Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil (RSPO) certified and meet the COSMOS standard, which states that the ingredient must be either organic or certified as sustainable (CSPO). As a minimum, we aim to use what is called RSPO Mass Balance (mass balance supply chain model).

As awareness and criticism increased of the harmful environmental effects of palm oil, the RSPO label was developed. For this certification there are a few different logistics markings, in English their name is as below:

- RSPO Credits / Book & Claim

The ingredients we use that contain palm oil usually come from RSPO Mass Balance, which is a blend of sustainable palm oil from certified sources and palm oil from conventional manner. We are not entirely satisfied with this and our goal is to use only certified palm oil or completely exclude the use of this oil, however, we are not there yet looking at solutions going forward.

yes, they're all perfume-free. Our products do not contain perfume or ingredients such as essential oils. Such ingredients often contain allergens, which you will never find in our products.

Yes, our products are formulated with probiotics, prebiotics and postbiotics. Our Probiotic Concentrate contains probiotics- Lactobacillus
reuteri
160 billion bacteria/product). In our Rich Emulsion we use a postbiotic lysate from Lactobacillus Pentosus. Our Night Actives contain prebiotics. Light Emulsion is formulated with postbiotics, fermented rice, and arginine to mimic and protect the skin barrier. Read more about our ingredients in our Ingredients List.

The PH value is different for our formulations but is between a range of 5-6.

Our products are not medical treatments, so if you have a medical condition, we recommend that you go to your doctor or dermatologist. Our products may be suitable for use with your treatment, but always ask your dermatologist first.

Our products are not tested on animals, nor do we sell our products in any country that requires animal testing. Fortunately, in Europe, the regulation has changed and from In 2013, no animal testing is allowed.

All our products, except Rich Intense, Rich Emulsion, Light Emulsion, Night Active Control and Rich Body Cream are vegan. They contain Lactobionic Acid, which is produced from lactose in milk.

Yes, our products are designed for everyone, regardless of gender. The choice of products should above all be based on your skin type. If you are having trouble finding what suits your skin best, you can always write to us at info@skinome.se.

However, men often have more sebum (sebum) in their skin and therefore do not have as many problems with dry skin as women have, but can instead easily get clogged pores. Therefore, our Light Emulsion often suits male skin better.

GENERAL PRODUCT ISSUES

Unfortunately not right now, but we plan to produce samples in the future. As soon as we find a good solution with durable packaging and suitable manufacturing to make samples, we will do so.

However, we do offer a 30-day Customer Satisfaction Guarantee, so you can order the products and try them out. Should you feel dissatisfied in any way - please contact us at info@skinome.se and we will find alternative products or give you a full refund.

We are proud to show when our fresh skincare products were made and their best before date. In our opinion, we should instead ask ourselves - why do not all skincare companies sign off when their products were manufactured? Would you drink a milk without knowing when it was made or when it expires?

No, our products Sensitive Cleanser, Mineral Cleanser, Five Point Cleanser, Sun Emulsion SPF 50+, Sun Emulsion Body SPF 50+ do not need to be stored in the refrigerator as the active ingredients in these products are not sensitive to room temperature.

We recommend storing the Rich Body Cream in the refrigerator until you start using it, after which it can be stored at room temperature.

Night Active Control

Many active ingredients are sensitive to heat which means that the effect will deteriorate at room temperature, they also become less effective over time and eventually stop working as intended. A conventional solution when developing active skincare is to try to stabilize the active substances by adding additives that are not beneficial and may even be harmful to the skin. When developing skincare products, the ingredients themselves are always kept refrigerated but then the product itself is at room temperature in the warehouse or at the customer's premises. Our solution is to keep the finished product cold as well and of course the products are kept in cold storage before being sent to you.

Always review the associated information and recommended use for the product before using it. The eye area is a sensitive area and it is always good to apply product with caution there and avoid the product coming into direct contact with the eyes.

Yes, our products can be used during pregnancy and lactation.

The absorption and addition of retinol to the body from Night Active Control and Night Active Retinol both containing retinol is small, the maximum amount ingested is equivalent to the amount of beta-carotene (which is converted to retinol in the body) ingested by eating a small carrot (about 30 grams of carrot). We therefore do not generally advise from the use of our products even if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

However, if you use medicines with high levels of vitamin A or if you get higher levels of vitamin A from other sources, you should consult your doctor about the use of our products containing retinol (Night Active Retinol and Night Active Control).

We have not tried to combine our products with those of other brands and therefore cannot comment on the effect.

With the help of airless bottles with pump, we can ensure that our formulations do not come into contact with air, external particles or fungi and bacteria from Hands. However, you may need to pump a little extra the first time you use them. If you do not get a product, please try to:

1. Remove the product from the refrigerator and leave it at room temperature for about 30 minutes.

2. Then shake the bottle thoroughly

SUN PROTECTION

For Sweden, our general recommendation is to use sun protection from March to October.
The reason we only recommend this period is because the UV index is low (0-2) during the darkest months, November to February, when it is safe to stay out in the sun all day without sun protection. The UV index is a measure of the strength of the sun's harmful radiation. A high UV index means you should protect yourself from the sun to reduce the risk of damage and in Sweden the UV index ranges from 0-8 and is highest in the middle of the day during the summer months. However, it is important to remember to use sunscreen if you go on a skiing holiday, even in the darkest months, when the sun's rays are reflected by the snow.

In this case, we do not consider that you need to use a sunscreen product as you will hardly be exposed to UV rays. However, your plans may change and you may have lunch outside, so make sure you always have a covering garment, hat or sunscreen in your bag.

Yes, the UVA rays penetrate the glass of your car window and thus negatively affect your skin and you should protect yourself.

We would say this is a myth. It is true that your own pigment protects against sun damage or burns, but it does not provide a particularly high or in many cases sufficient protection. Therefore, it is important to protect your skin from sun exposure in the summer in Sweden and of course also if you go abroad.

Yes, our sunscreen is designed to be environmentally friendly and therefore does not contain any organic UV filters known or suspected to affect aquatic life. They also do not contain any of the organic UV filters that are suspected to be harmful to corals and are therefore "reef safe".

Our sunscreens contain both titanium dioxide and zinc oxide, the latter in particular being associated with environmental concerns. Zinc is a substance that occurs naturally in the environment and is essential for the normal functioning of all cells and organisms. Therefore, only higher levels of zinc can be toxic. Our sunscreen contains a small amount of zinc, resulting in a limited spread and addition of zinc to the environment. Overall, we have made the assessment that the low amount has a very small impact on the natural amount already present in our environment and that the positive benefits of zinc oxide in sunscreen products outweigh the risks of its use and that our product does not pose an environmental problem.

SUSTAINABILITY

Our goal is to always look for the most sustainable option for all parts of our value chain. This means that if we find a more sustainable option, we will switch to it because we run a project in constant change.

Yes, our packaging is recyclable. We at Skinome think it is important that both we and our products have as little environmental impact as possible. We have therefore chosen a packaging that meets both the requirements for our sensitive formulations and our sustainability focus.

Our product packaging is made from 30% recycled plastic. It is a light-colored polypropylene (PP) bottle so that it can be easily recycled into new plastic. We support the Ocean waste plastic initiative, which means that the same amount of plastic we use is also fished out of the sea off Southeast Asia, which both cleans the ocean and contributes to jobs. The bottle is also light as we want to minimize the amount of material used and it is more environmentally friendly to transport as it weighs less.

The shipping box that the product comes in consists of FSC certified cardboard and the product information card consists of FSC certified paper. Both of these we encourage our customers to recycle.

Our product bottles are manufactured in China and transported by boat to our supplier's warehouse in Denmark. Our packaging requirements meet the highest standards for cosmetic products and go through all the necessary tests. The plastic in our bottles is partly recycled, meaning it is a mix of new and recycled plastic.

We also support an initiative called Ocean Waste Plastic where the same amount of plastic that we use is also fished out of the sea off Southeast Asia, which both cleans the ocean and contributes to jobs. However, we do not use this plastic in our packaging as it does not meet the requirements. Instead, it is used in the production of other packaging, for example in the chemical industry.

We want to reduce material use as much as possible and have decided to replace the traditional product box with a small product information card where all the necessary information is printed.

We strive to be as sustainable as possible when it comes to our formulations as well by choosing ingredients that are biodegradable when we can. Our long-term goal is to have only biodegradable ingredients in our products. In our first products we have a small number of ingredients that are not 100% biodegradable. Since it is part of our goal to always work to be as sustainable as we can, we are looking carefully at options and as soon as there are available options we will switch to these.

Budbee Box - Estimated delivery time is between 2-3 working days and your order is delivered to the selected box. You will receive updates via the Budbee app, SMS or email directly from Budbee regarding your delivery and can follow your order and delivery yourself.


Budbee Home - Estimated delivery time is between 2-3 working days and your order will be delivered to your home. Delivery takes place in the evening. You will receive updates via the Budbee app, SMS or email directly from Budbee regarding your delivery and you can track your order and delivery and choose when the order will be delivered to your home.

PostNord MyPack Home: Estimated delivery time is 1-3 working days and your order will be delivered to your home. If there is limited access to your home, your package will be delivered to the nearest postal outlet.

Delivery options in the rest of the EU and in Norway for one-off purchases: 

UPS: Estimated delivery time is 2-4 working days and your order will be delivered to your nearest postal outlet or to your home. Home delivery is normally during the day. If you choose home delivery and your package cannot be delivered to your home, the order will be left with your nearest postal agent, or UPS will inform you of a new delivery date. You will receive updates directly from UPS via SMS or email regarding your delivery to the postal agent or home delivery.

DHL Home Delivery: Home delivery. Estimated delivery time is 2-4 working days. Home delivery normally takes place during the day.

DHL Service Point: Agent delivery to a nearby postal agent. Estimated delivery time is 2-4 working days.

For orders within Norway, there is no import VAT and customs duty.

Orders placed before 12 noon on weekdays are normally always dispatched the same day. This may not be the case during major promotional periods due to higher volumes.

For one-off purchases with home delivery via PostNord or Budbee, a shipping cost of SEK 29 will be added.

If you have ordered with Budbee, you should receive all the information from them, either in the Budbee app, by SMS or email.

If you have ordered with DHL, PostNord or UPS and want to know where your package is, you are welcome to contact us at info@skinome.se for help tracking your package.

Products must be unused and unopened for a return to be valid. If the products are damaged or used, refunds will not be issued. Always check that your shipment is undamaged upon delivery. In case of damage, wrong products or missing items, please contact us at info@skinome.se within 14 days and we will help you.

If you have had your product delivered with Budbee, you can easily book a return in the Budbee app or via the tracking link sent by text message or email. You choose whether you want to have your return picked up at home or whether you want to leave the return in a parcel box. Returns with Budbee do not require a return shipping label. Pack the item well and follow the instructions provided by Budbee.

If you want to make a return with Postnord, DHL or UPS, contact us at info@skinome.se and we will help you. 

In case of an accepted return/complaint, we will refund the amount of your order within 14 days.

When purchasing from Skincity, please contact the Skincity Customer Center regarding returns, complaints or related issues. We are not responsible for any damage during delivery from Skincity.

We want you as a customer to be 100% satisfied with Skinome! Therefore, we offer a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee, which means that if you are not satisfied with your product that you have purchased from Skinome, you are always entitled to a refund if you notify us within 30 days from after you or your agent have received the ordered product.

Yes, gift cards are easy to order in our webshop. Today we offer gift cards for the following sums:

400, 500, 600, 800, 1000 and 1800 kr.

The gift card is valid for one year after purchase and can be used as payment for all our products on skinome.com (not at retailers). If the entire amount of the gift card is not used at a purchase, the gift card can still be used at another purchase within the validity period. You will receive your digital gift card by email. If you buy several gift vouchers, you will receive them in separate emails.
