These general terms and conditions (the "Terms") apply when you as a consumer ("You") place an order via www.skinome.com (the "Site"). The agreement is entered into between you and Skinome Research AB, corporate identity number 559164-0189 ("Skinome"). Detailed contact details and other information about Skinome can be found on the Site. The terms and conditions are only applicable to you as a consumer who places orders via the Site.
To be able to order on the Site, you must be at least 18 years old. According to Swedish law, Skinome does not accept credit purchases from persons under the age of 18. Skinome reserves the right to refuse or change your order in individual cases (for example, if you have provided incorrect personal data and/or have payment remarks).
Skinome reserves itself for final sales and any image and writing errors on the site, such as errors in product description or technical specification, incorrect prices and price adjustments (such as changing prices from suppliers or currency changes) or incorrect information regarding whether a product is in stock. Skinome has the right to correct any such errors and to change or update the information at any time. If an incorrect price has been indicated for an item that you have ordered, Skinome will of course notify you of this and await your approval of the corrected price before Skinome proceeds with the order. All pictorial information on the Site is for illustrative purposes only. Such illustrations cannot be guaranteed to represent the number of items you receive or the exact appearance, features or origin of the item. from Skinome is not responsible for any information on the Site provided by a third party.
The site, and all content on it, is owned by Skinome or its licensors. The information is protected by, among other things, intellectual property and marketing laws. This means that trademarks, company names, product names, images and graphics, design, layout and information about goods, services and other content may not be copied or used without written consent from Skinome.
2. CONTRACT AND ORDER
A contract of purchase is only concluded when Skinome has confirmed your order and You have received the order confirmation from Skinome by e-mail. Skinome invites you to save this order confirmation for possible contacts with Skinome's customer service. You may cancel your order until it has been confirmed by Skinome. If the order is cancelled, Skinome will refund any payments made by You or Your payment or credit card companies in respect of the order.
3. CUSTOMER DATA MM.
You undertake to ensure that no one else can use your login details. You must not disclose your username and password to any unauthorized person and must ensure that documents containing your username and password are stored in such a way that no unauthorized person can access the information. You must immediately notify Skinome if it is suspected that an unauthorized person has gained access to your password. You are responsible for all purchases made with your login details if such notification has not been made.
If Skinome suspects that you are misusing your user account or login information or otherwise violating the Terms, Skinome has the right to suspend you. Skinome also has the right to assign you new login details.
4. PRICES, FEES AND PAYMENT
When ordering via the site, the prices listed on the site apply. Prices are quoted in Swedish kronor or euros depending on your choice, and prices are always inclusive of VAT. The prices do not include any shipping charges that are listed separately at checkout.
You can pay in the ways indicated on the site. Skinome has the right to take payment already in connection with the order. Skinome reserves the right to not always offer all payment methods, or change the payment method if the one you have chosen for some reason does not work at the time of purchase. Please note that any restrictions on payment options are stated on the Site.
5. PROMOTIONS AND OFFERS
Skinome may from time to time offer promotions on the Site which may have more favourable terms than those set out in these Terms and Conditions, e.g. regarding payment or extended right of withdrawal. These more favourable conditions apply as long as the promotion is active and for the specific goods indicated by Skinome in connection with the promotion. Skinome reserves the right to withdraw such promotions at any time. Upon termination or withdrawal of a promotion, these Terms and Conditions shall apply without modification. Offers on specific items on the Site are valid for a limited time and while supplies last.
6. DELIVERY AND TRANSPORT
Goods in stock are normally delivered within the number of working days indicated on the site's goods page. Under the section "delivery options" you can also see the expected delivery time for each delivery option. Unless otherwise specifically agreed and a delivery takes more than 14 days and this is not due to you as a customer, you have the right to cancel the purchase.
If parcels are to be collected, You must do so within the time specified in the notification. Parcels should normally be collected in person with valid identification and order number. You will always receive a notification showing where and when parcels are to be collected. Notification can be made by e-mail, regular mail and, if you have provided a mobile phone number, also by phone call or SMS.
7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
When purchasing goods on the site, a 14-day right of withdrawal always applies in accordance with current consumer protection legislation. This means that you have the right to cancel your purchase by notifying Skinome within 14 days from after you or your agent has received the ordered item (the withdrawal period). In addition, you as a customer always have a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee, which means that if you are not satisfied with your product that you have purchased from Skinome, you always have the right to get your money back if you notify this within 30 days from after you or your agent have received the ordered product.
If you wish to cancel the purchase, you must send a clear and unambiguous message to Skinome before the cancellation period expires. You must state your name, address and order number in an email sent to firstname.lastname@example.org. If you do not want to use the above option for notification, you can use the standard form for exercising the right of withdrawal produced by the Swedish Consumer Agency (see www.konsumentverket.se).
When exercising the right of withdrawal or our 100% customer satisfaction guarantee, we will pay for the return freight, but you are responsible for the condition of the goods after you have received them and during the return freight. The goods must be returned within 14 days from of the date you notify Skinome of the exercise of your right of withdrawal or 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. The goods must be sent well packaged and in good condition. Returns must be made to Skinome according to the methods and instructions specified by Skinome when you notify Skinome of the exercise of the right of withdrawal or the 100% customer satisfaction guarantee.
Sometimes Skinome may offer free returns for certain items. If free returns apply, this is stated on the relevant product page on the Site.
When you cancel your purchase, Skinome will refund the amount you paid for the goods, excluding delivery costs. On the amount to be refunded, Skinome is entitled to deduct a sum corresponding to the depreciation of the goods compared to the original value of the goods, if and to the extent that such depreciation is due to the fact that you have handled the goods to a greater extent than is necessary to determine their characteristics or function.
Skinome will refund the amount as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days from the date we received your return and sent you a return confirmation by email. The refund will be made to you via the payment option you chose when you purchased the item, unless otherwise agreed or there are obstacles to such a refund.
The right of complaint covers goods that are defective according to current consumer protection legislation. If you discover that the product is defective when you receive your order, you should contact Skinome as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after you receive your order. Contact our customer service at email@example.com. Complaints made within two months from of discovering the error are always considered timely. You have a 3-year right of complaint on goods purchased on the Site.
Once the claimed product has been returned and the claim is accepted, Skinome will compensate you in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. Skinome strives to do this within 30 days from of Skinome receiving the complaint, but it may take longer sometimes. Skinome reserves the right to refuse a complaint if it turns out that the product is not defective according to current consumer protection legislation. 10. FORCE MAJEURE
Skinome is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond Skinome's control such as general labour disputes, war, fire, lightning, terrorist attacks, changes in government regulations, technical problems, failure of electricity/telephone/data connections or other communications, and failure or delay in services of from subcontractor due to any circumstance specified herein. These circumstances shall constitute grounds for exemption from damages and other penalties. If the circumstance has lasted longer than two months, both You and Skinome have the right to cancel the purchase with immediate effect.
11. CHANGES TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Skinome reserves the right to make changes to these Terms at any time. Any changes to these Terms will be posted on the Site. Changes will be effective from upon Your acceptance of the Terms (at the time of a new purchase or visit to the Site), or 30 days after Skinome has notified You of the changes. However, Skinome recommends that You check the Site regularly for any changes to the Terms.
Should a competent court, authority or arbitration panel find that any provision of these Terms is invalid or unenforceable, the provision in question and all other provisions shall be enforceable and enforceable to the extent permitted by applicable law. The provisions declared invalid or ineligible will be replaced by relevant legal guidance and advice.
13. APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTE
Disputes shall primarily be resolved by mutual agreement after discussion with Skinome customer service (firstname.lastname@example.org).
If a dispute cannot be resolved in agreement with Skinome customer service, you as a customer can turn to ARN (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden) which you can find more information about at www.arn.se. You can also submit a complaint directly online via the European Commission's platform for mediation in disputes, which you can find via the following link https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. If you submit a complaint via this platform, your case is automatically forwarded to the appropriate national dispute resolution body. This dispute resolution body will then contact us and try to resolve the dispute without involving a court.
In the event of a dispute, Skinome follows decisions from ARN or equivalent dispute resolution body.
Any dispute regarding the interpretation or application of these Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with Swedish law and settled in accordance with section 13.2 above or ultimately by a court of law.

14. ORDERING AND PAYMENT
After you have placed an order, you will receive an order confirmation to the email address you have provided as soon as your purchase has been approved.
We accept card payment with VISA, MasterCard and Klarna Pay Now, and invoice payment with Klarna Pay Later. When paying by debit card or Klarna, the payment is handled by our payment partner Shopify Payments to ensure fast and secure payment.
In case of returns, we will refund the amount of the purchase you are returning, including the shipping cost. You can see your refund on your bank statement within 14 banking days from the day you received your return confirmation from us. The refund is always made to the same payment card used for the purchase.
15. DELIVERY OPTIONS
We deliver throughout the EU.
15.2 Subscription shipping
You always have free shipping on your subscription orders.
Your subscription orders are delivered by Budbee Box within Sweden.
When placing an order, your nearest parcel box will automatically be selected for delivery. Via the Budbee app or your tracking link via email, you can change to another parcel box at no extra cost once Budbee has registered your order. It is also possible to switch to home delivery for a cost of 29 SEK, provided that you live within Budbee's home delivery zone. The cost of SEK 29 is a cost to Budbee and is not something we can change. Change of parcel box or change to home delivery must be made before Budbee has sorted the parcel and given it a planned route for delivery.
If your address is not covered by Budbee Box, your order will be delivered to your home by PostNord. Your order will be left in your mailbox. For those packages that do not fit in the mailbox or property box, these are left to the nearest postal agent.
Subscription orders are delivered by UPS home delivery in the rest of the EU and in Norway.
For subscription orders, only debit cards are available as a payment method. However, your first subscription order can also be paid for with gift cards.
If you choose to shop in EUR, the shipping cost will be converted to EUR at the current exchange rate at checkout.
Orders placed before 12 noon on weekdays are normally always dispatched the same day. This may not be the case during major promotional periods due to higher volumes.
15.2 Delivery options within Sweden for one-off purchases
DHL Delivery point - Estimated delivery time is between 1-3 working days and your order will be delivered to your nearest postal agent. To pick up your delivery, you need to bring a valid ID and be able to provide your shipment ID. We would like you to collect your order as soon as possible as it contains fresh skincare. Delivery notifications will be sent via email and/or SMS.
Budbee Box - Estimated delivery time is between 2-3 working days and your order is delivered to the selected box. You will receive updates via SMS or email directly from Budbee regarding your delivery and can follow your order and delivery yourself.
Budbee Home Delivery - Estimated delivery time is between 2-3 working days and your order is delivered to your home. Delivery takes place in the evening. You will receive updates via SMS or email directly from Budbee regarding your delivery and you can track your order and delivery and choose when the order will be delivered to your home.
PostNord MyPack Home Small: Estimated delivery time is 1-3 working days and your order will be delivered to your home and left in your mailbox. For those packages that do not fit in the mailbox or property box, these are left to the nearest postal agent.
15.3 Delivery options in the rest of the EU for one-off purchases
UPS Home Delivery: Estimated delivery time is 2-4 working days and your order will be delivered to your nearest postal outlet or to your home. Home delivery normally takes place during the day. If you choose home delivery and your package cannot be delivered to your home, the order will be handed over to your nearest postal agent, or UPS will inform you of a new delivery date. You will receive updates directly from UPS via SMS or email regarding your delivery to the postal agent or home delivery.
DHL Home Delivery: Home delivery. Estimated delivery time is 2-4 working days. Home delivery normally takes place during the day.
DHL Service Point: Agent delivery to a nearby postal agent. Estimated delivery time is 2-4 working days.
For orders within Norway, there is no import VAT and customs duty.
Orders placed before 12 noon on weekdays are normally always sent out the same day. Otherwise, it may occur during major campaign periods due to higher load.

16. RETURNS AND 100% CUSTOMER SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
Products must be unused and unopened for a return to be valid. If the products are damaged or used, refunds will not be issued. Always check that your shipment is undamaged upon delivery. In case of damage, wrong products or missing items, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days and we will help you.
If you have had your product delivered with Budbee , you can easily book a return in the Budbee app or via the tracking link sent by SMS or email. You choose whether you want to have your return picked up at home or whether you want to leave the return in a parcel box. Returns with Budbee do not require a return shipping label. Pack the item well and follow the instructions provided by Budbee.

16.2 100% customer satisfaction guarantee
As a customer, you always have a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee, which means that if you are not satisfied with your product that you have purchased from Skinome, you always have the right to get your money back if you notify this within 30 days from after you or your agent have received the ordered product.
16.3 Uncollected packages
If you do not collect your package and it is automatically sent back to us, we generally charge a fee of SEK 200 if the order contains at least one product that requires cold storage. This is because these products will have to be discarded when they come back to our warehouse. As our skincare is fresh, it is important to pick it up quickly if you have ordered it to a postal agent.
The right to complain covers goods that are defective according to applicable consumer protection legislation. You should contact us as soon as possible after discovering the error at firstname.lastname@example.org and mark the email with "Complaint" and state the order number, name and address in the email. As soon as we have received and processed your complaint, we will send you a return confirmation by email. NOTE! Remember that a complaint may take a little longer to get a response than a return.

18.3 How long we save your personal data
We save personal data as long as there is a legal basis, a documented purpose for the processing or an ongoing user relationship. We have ongoing procedures to ensure that we do not store unnecessary personal data and we minimize the storage time as much as possible. Normally, we save your customer data for a maximum of three years from your last customer contact. However, we save data required by the Accounting Act for up to eight years.
18.4 How we protect your personal data
We have put in place appropriate security measures to protect your personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorized access. The number of people who have access to your personal data is limited. If your data is incomplete, inaccurate or irrelevant, you have the right to request that it be corrected or deleted. You also have the right to claim damages if the processing of your personal data has not complied with the law.
Among the things that cannot be deleted are, among other things, data required by the Accounting Act and data required for Skinome Research AB to be able to fulfill its obligations in case of e.g. complaints.
