For Sun Emulsion SPF 50+, the recommended order interval varies depending on how often and how long you spend outdoors when the UV index is above 2. In general, we recommend an order interval of 4 weeks during the summer months if you live/stay in the Nordic countries.
For Mineral Cleanser & Sensitive Cleanser, the recommended order interval is 12 to 16 weeks if you apply 2-3 pumps only in the evening.
For Light Emulsion, Rich Emulsion & Rich Intense the recommended order interval is 4 to 6 weeks if you apply 2-3 pumps morning and evening.
For Probiotic Concentrate, Night Active Retinol & Night Active Control, the recommended order interval is 8 to 16 weeks if you apply 1 pump mixed with moisturizer in the evening only.
For Rich Body Cream and Five Point Cleanser, the recommended order interval is 4 to 12 weeks depending on how often and where you apply the products.
Rich Body Cream = if you apply about 6 pumps on your body every day, the product lasts about 6 weeks.

Yes, you can easily make changes by logging in to your account. There you can adjust your subscription's order interval, product quantity, add or switch between different products and update your payment and delivery information.
How to log in to your account:
If you have a registered customer account on our website and were logged in to it when you created your subscription, you can access your subscription here or under "log in" in the top right corner of our website. Then click on "Manage subscriptions" to access your subscriptions.
If you do not have a customer account with us but created your subscription directly via the checkout, you can access your subscription via the link that you receive in each email relating to your subscription.
If you need a new direct link, you can click here or go to "log in" in the top right corner and select "manage subscriptions". Then fill in the email address you used when you created your subscriptions and we will send you a new link.
Link subscriptions to a customer account
If you do not have a customer account with us but want to create one and link your active subscriptions to it. Go to "login" in the top right corner of our website and click on "create account" or click here. Fill in your details and note that you must use the same email address you used to create your subscription.
No, there is no binding period for subscriptions and you can change, skip an order or cancel your subscription at any time.
When you enter your shipping address, your shipping method will be automatically selected. You always have free shipping on your subscription orders.
Your subscription orders are delivered with Budbee Box.
When placing an order, your nearest parcel box will automatically be selected for delivery. Via the Budbee app or your tracking link via email, you have the option to change to another parcel box at no extra cost once Budbee has registered your order.
It is also possible to switch to home delivery for a fee of €29, provided you live within Budbee's home delivery zone. The cost of SEK 29 is a cost to Budbee. Change of parcel box or change to home delivery must be carried out before Budbee has sorted the package and given it a planned route for delivery.
If your address is not covered by Budbee Box, your order will be delivered to your home by PostNord. Your order will be left in your mailbox. For those packages that do not fit in the mailbox or property box, these are left to the nearest postal agent.

Within the EU and Norway:
Your subscription orders are delivered by UPS to your home.
Estimated delivery time is 2-4 working days.
Home delivery is normally during the day. If your package cannot be delivered to your home, the order will be given to your nearest postal agent, or UPS will inform you of a new delivery date. You will receive updates directly from UPS regarding your delivery to an agent or home delivery.
