Delivery & Returns

1. GENERAL

We deliver throughout the EU. Delivery times may vary during major promotional periods due to higher loads.

In case of delays or non-delivery, please contact us at info@skinome.se and we will help you.

2. SUBSCRIPTION SHIPPING

You always have free shipping on your subscription orders. When you enter your shipping address, your shipping method will be automatically selected.

Within Sweden:
Your subscription orders are delivered with Budbee Box. When placing an order, your nearest parcel box will automatically be selected for delivery.
Via the Budbee app or your tracking link via email, you have the opportunity to change to another parcel box at no extra cost when Budbee has registered your order.
For a cost of SEK 29, it is also possible to switch to home delivery provided that you live within Budbee's home delivery zone. The cost of SEK 29 is a cost to Budbee and is not something we can change.
Change of parcel box or change to home delivery must be carried out before Budbee has sorted the package and given it a planned route for delivery.

If you feel that your nearest parcel box is too far away, you can contact us and we will help you choose another delivery method.

If your address is not covered by Budbee Box, your order will be delivered to your home by PostNord. Your order will be left in your mailbox. For those packages that do not fit in the mailbox or property box, these are left to the nearest postal agent.

Within the EU and Norway:
Your subscription orders are delivered by UPS to your home.
Estimated delivery time is 2-5 working days. Home delivery is normally during the day. If your package cannot be delivered to your home, the order will be handed over to your nearest postal agent or UPS will inform you of a new delivery date. You will receive updates directly from UPS regarding your delivery to an agent or home delivery.

3. DELIVERY OPTIONS FOR SHIPPING WITHIN SWEDEN

3.1 Budbee Box
Free shipping. Estimated delivery time is between 2-3 working days.
Your order is delivered to the selected box. You will receive updates via app, SMS or email directly from Budbee regarding your delivery and can follow your order and delivery yourself. We would like you to pick up your order as soon as possible as it contains fresh skincare.

3.2 Budbee Home Delivery
Shipping cost - 29 SEK. Estimated delivery time is between 2-3 working days.
Your order is delivered to your home. Delivery takes place in the evening. You will receive updates via SMS or email directly from Budbee regarding your delivery and can follow your order and delivery yourself and choose when the order will be delivered to your home.

3.3 DHL Delivery point
Free shipping. Estimated delivery time is between 1-3 working days.
Your order will be delivered to your nearest postal agent. To pick up your delivery, you need to bring a valid ID and be able to provide your shipment ID. We would like you to collect your order as soon as possible as it contains fresh skincare. Notifications regarding the delivery will be sent via email and/or SMS.

3.4 PostNord MyPack Home Small:
Shipping cost - 29 SEK. Estimated delivery time is 1-3 working days.
Your order is delivered to your home and left in your mailbox. For those packages that do not fit in the mailbox or property box, these are left to the nearest postal agent.

4. DELIVERY OPTIONS FOR SHIPPING WITHIN THE EU & NORWAY

4.1 UPS Home Delivery:
Free shipping. Estimated delivery time is 2-4 working days.
Your order will be delivered to your nearest post office or to your home. Home delivery normally takes place during the day. If you choose home delivery and your package cannot be delivered to your home, the order will be left with your nearest postal agent, or UPS will inform you of a new delivery date. You will receive updates directly from UPS via SMS or email regarding your delivery to the postal agent or home delivery. We would like you to pick up your order as soon as possible as it contains fresh skincare.

4.2 DHL Home Delivery: Free shipping. Estimated delivery time is 2-4 working days. Home delivery is normally during the day.

4.3 DHL Service Point: Free shipping. Agent delivery to a nearby postal agent. Estimated delivery time is 2-4 working days.

For orders within Norway, no import VAT and customs duties are added.

Orders placed before 12 noon on weekdays are normally always sent out the same day. Otherwise, it may occur during major campaign periods due to higher load.

5. UNCLAIMED PARCELS 

If you do not pick up your package and it is automatically sent back to us, we usually charge a fee of SEK 200 if the order contains at least one product that requires cold storage. This is because these products will need to be discarded when they come back to our warehouse. As our skincare is fresh, it is important to pick it up quickly if you have ordered it to a postal agent. 

6. RETURN

Products must be unused and unopened for a return to be valid. If the products are damaged or used, refunds will not be issued. Always check that your shipment is undamaged upon delivery. In case of damage, wrong products or missing items, please contact us at info@skinome.se within 14 days and we will help you.

If you have had your product delivered with Budbee, you can easily book a return in the Budbee app or via the tracking link sent by text message or email. You choose whether you want to have your return picked up at home or whether you want to leave the return in a parcel box. Returns with Budbee do not require a return shipping label. Pack the item well and follow the instructions provided by Budbee.

100% customer satisfaction guarantee: As a customer, you always have a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee, which means that if you are not satisfied with your product that you have purchased from Skinome, you are always entitled to a refund if you notify this within 30 days from after you or your agent have received the ordered product.

7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL 

7.1
When purchasing goods on the website, a 14-day right of withdrawal always applies in accordance with current consumer protection legislation. This means that you have the right to cancel your purchase by notifying Skinome within 14 days from after you or your agent has received the ordered item (the withdrawal period). In addition, you as a customer always have a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee, which means that if you are not satisfied with your product that you have purchased from Skinome, you always have the right to get your money back if you notify this within 30 days from after you or your agent have received the ordered product.

7.2
If you wish to withdraw from the purchase, you must send a clear message to Skinome before the withdrawal period expires. You must state your name, address and order number in an email sent to info@skinome.se. If you do not want to use the above message option, you can use the standard form for exercising the right of withdrawal developed by the Swedish Consumer Agency (see www.konsumentverket.se).

7.3
When exercising the right of withdrawal or our 100% customer satisfaction guarantee, we pay the return shipping, but you are responsible for the condition of the goods after you have received the goods and during the return shipping. The product must be returned within 14 days from the date you notify Skinome of the exercise of the right of withdrawal or 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. The goods must be sent well packaged and in good condition. Returns should be made to Skinome according to the methods and instructions specified by Skinome when you notify the exercise of the right of withdrawal or 100% customer satisfaction guarantee.

7.4
Sometimes Skinome can offer free returns for certain goods. If free returns apply, this is stated on the relevant product page on the website.

7.5
When you cancel your purchase, Skinome will refund the amount you paid for the goods, excluding delivery costs. From the amount to be reimbursed, Skinome is entitled to deduct a sum corresponding to the depreciation of the goods compared to the original value of the goods, if and to the extent that such depreciation is due to the fact that you have handled the goods to a greater extent than is necessary to determine their characteristics or function.

7.6
Skinome will refund the amount as soon as possible, but at the latest within 14 days from the date we received your return and sent you a return confirmation by email. The refund will be made to you via the payment option that you chose when you purchased the goods, unless otherwise agreed or there is an impediment to such refund.

8. COMPLAINT

8.1
The right of complaint covers goods that are defective according to current consumer protection legislation. If you discover that the product is defective when you receive your order, you should contact Skinome as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after you receive your order. Contact our customer service at info@skinome.se. Complaints made within two months from of discovering the error are always considered timely. You have a 3-year right of complaint on goods purchased on the website.

8.2
Once the claimed product has been returned and the claim is accepted, Skinome will compensate you in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. Skinome strives to do this within 30 days from of Skinome receiving the complaint, but it may take longer sometimes. Skinome reserves the right to refuse a complaint if it turns out that the product is not defective according to current consumer protection legislation. 9. FORCE MAJEURE

Skinome is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond Skinome's control, such as general labor disputes, war, fire, lightning, terrorist attacks, changes in government regulations, technical problems, faults in electricity/telecom/data connections or other communications, and faults or delays in services from subcontractors due to the circumstances listed here. These circumstances shall constitute grounds for exemption from damages and other penalties. If the circumstance has lasted longer than two months, both you and Skinome have the right to cancel the purchase with immediate effect.

10. CHANGES TO THE CONDITIONS

Skinome reserves the right to make changes to these Terms at any time. All changes to these Terms will be published on the website. Changes apply from after you have accepted the Terms (in connection with a new purchase or when visiting the website), or 30 days after Skinome has informed you of the changes. However, Skinome recommends that you keep yourself updated on the website regularly to be aware of any changes to the Terms.
