Our most frequently asked questions

Customer account
If you have a registered customer account on our website and were logged in to it when you created your subscription order, you can access your subscription here or under "log in" in the top right corner of our website.

Subscription account
If you do not have a customer account with us but created your subscription directly via the checkout, you can access your subscription via the link you receive in each email relating to your subscription.

If you need a new direct link, you can click here or go to "log in" in the top right corner and select "manage subscriptions". Then fill in the email address you used when you created your subscriptions and we will send you a new link.

Link subscriptions to a customer account
If you do not have a customer account with us but want to create one and link your active subscriptions to it. Go to "login" in the top right corner of our website and click on "create account" or click here. Fill in your details and note that you must use the same email address you used to create your subscription.

You can always change, skip an order or cancel your subscription. In the subscription portal, you can change your subscription's order interval, product quantity, add or switch between different products and update your payment and delivery information. Yes, you can change the order interval, product quantity and add/switch between products after receiving your subscription order. Please note that the cost of your subscription may be updated when you choose to make changes to your subscription.

If you have ordered with DHL, PostNord or UPS and want to know where your parcel is, please contact us at info@skinome.se for help in tracking your parcel.

If you have ordered with Budbee you should receive all information from them, either via SMS or email.

When you enter your shipping address, your shipping method will be automatically selected.

You always have free shipping on your subscription orders.

Delivery within Sweden
Within Sweden, subscription orders are delivered with Budbee Box.

When placing an order, your nearest parcel box will automatically be selected for delivery. If you wish to change parcel box or home delivery, this must be done before Budbee has sorted the parcel and given it a planned route for delivery.

Changing the parcel box is free of charge and is done via the Budbee app or the tracking link you receive by email when Budbee has registered your order. For switching to home delivery, there is an additional cost of SEK 29 provided that you live within Budbee's home delivery zone. The cost of home delivery is against Budbee and nothing we can change.

Addresses not covered by Budbee will be delivered by PostNord home delivery. The delivery is made to your mailbox. Packages that do not fit in the mailbox or property box are delivered to your nearest postal agent.

Delivery within the rest of the EU and Norway
Within the rest of the EU and Norway, subscription orders are delivered by UPS home delivery.

Estimated delivery time with UPS home delivery is 2-5 working days. Delivery is to your home and normally during the daytime. If it is not possible to deliver to your home, the package will be handed over to your nearest postal agent or UPS will inform you of a new delivery date. You will receive updates on your delivery directly from UPS via email or their app.

We deliver throughout the EU and Norway.

Delivery options within Sweden for one-off purchases:

DHL - Estimated delivery time is between 1-3 working days and your order will be delivered to your nearest post office. To pick up your delivery you will need to bring a valid ID and be able to provide your shipment ID. We would like you to collect your order as soon as possible as it contains fresh skincare. Notifications regarding the delivery will be sent via email and/or SMS.

Budbee Box - Estimated delivery time is between 2-3 working days and your order will be delivered to your chosen box. You receive updates via SMS or email directly from Budbee regarding your delivery and can track your order and delivery yourself.

Budbee Home - Estimated delivery time is between 2-3 working days and your order is delivered to your home. Delivery takes place in the evening. You will receive updates via SMS or email directly from Budbee regarding your delivery and you can track your order and delivery and choose when the order will be delivered to your home.

PostNord MyPack Home: Estimated delivery time is 2-4 working days and your order will be delivered to your home. If there is limited access to your home, your package will be delivered to the nearest post office.

Delivery options in the rest of the EU and in Norway for one-off purchases: 

UPS: Estimated delivery time is 2-5 working days and your order will be delivered to your nearest post office or to your home. Home delivery is normally made during the day. If you choose home delivery and your package cannot be delivered to your home, the order will be left at your nearest post office, or UPS will inform you of a new delivery date. You will receive updates directly from UPS via SMS or email regarding your delivery to a post office or home delivery.

For orders within Norway, there is no import VAT and customs duty.

Orders placed before 12 noon on weekdays are normally always dispatched the same day. This may not be the case during major promotional periods due to higher volumes.
